1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GO VOIP TELECOM's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Services Description

GO VOIP TELECOM provides wholesale telecommunications services including but not limited to:

• SIP Trunking and Termination
• Inbound DID Services
• Number Porting
• Custom Software Development

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

3. Eligibility

Services are available only to entities and individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Agree to use services only for lawful purposes

You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Account Registration

To access certain services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

5. Payments & Billing

All services are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment terms are as follows:

• Invoices are due upon receipt
• Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month
• Accounts 30 days past due may be suspended
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to customers.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately if:

• You breach any term of this agreement
• You fail to make payments when due
• You use services for illegal activities

Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.

7. Limitation of Liability

GO VOIP TELECOM's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Damages resulting from force majeure events
• Third-party actions or failures

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida.
